Our Mission

Founded in 2017 by veterinarian Dr. Carol Yeisley, NAPS & Rescues is a 501(c)(3) non-profit with a simple but powerful goal: to provide a lifeline of medical care to shelter and rescue animals across Northern Arizona.

Throughout her career, Dr. Yeisley has cared for countless animals in need—from dogs and cats to horses, goats, wildlife, and even non-venomous reptiles. That same passion and expertise are now the heart of NAPS & Rescues. Beyond medical aid, we partner with local groups to educate the public on responsible pet ownership, creating a better future for animals and the people who love them.
